Senior UI/UX Developer

Job Details

As a Senior UI/UX, you will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative user interfaces and user experiences. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to bring creative ideas to life and ensure a seamless user experience.
Responsibilities
  1. Design and develop user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience.
    • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to understand project requirements and translate them into wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
  2. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on design solutions.
  3.  Create high-fidelity prototypes and mockups using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  4. Implement responsive design principles to ensure applications work well on various devices and screen sizes.
  5.  Develop and maintain UI/UX design standards and guidelines.
  6.  Work closely with front-end developers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of UI designs.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
  8. Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers and developers.
Skills And Abilityy
  1. Bachelor’s degree in design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design and development.
  3. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  4. Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is an added advantage.
  5. Knowledge of Angular 17 is an added advantage.
  6. Knowledge of Bootstrap is an added advantage.
  7. Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first design.
  8. Experience with user research and usability testing.
  9. Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
  10. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and part of a team.
  11. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Required Skill Set & Experience
  1. Experience with motion design and animations.
  2. Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
  3. Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
  4.  Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  5. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
Education/Qualification
  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer engineering/science preferred.
